The Ellis School Summer Camp

We signed you up for a summer camp at The Ellis School in Shadyside for a "builder camp." Your child will imagine, design, and build during this week of creative challenges. Each day campers will encounter a new test of their creative abilities as they practice design thinking and construction skills. Campers will build structures and their confidence as they spend the day inventing, crafting, and tinkering with all sorts of materials.

I was so nervous, for you to be away for the first time-- but you couldn't wait! When we pulled up to the gate on the second day of camp, you said "I love you, Mom, bye!"

When we signed you in for camp, you asked the Director, "Can I have a sticker?"

You loved your pink backpack & your teachers. You were especially sad to learn the camp only lasted for a week!
