1st Birthday Party

With lots of Italian food and your red sparkly dress, we celebrated your 1st birthday at home with 50 of your family members and our closest friends. You especially loved the arancini and eggplant parmigana ( we left the cooking to the capable hands of a caterer who came to cook in our kitchen, so that we could enjoy the time with you and our family.) We had a balloon artist come who made you a special red, white & green hat! I had lots of fun decorating with tomato cans, sunflowers and wooden spoons. The Italian soda bar was a hit with 6 different flavors and tons of whipped cream. All of the kids went home with aprons and chef hats, and bellies full of pizzelles.
