Never lose that sense of wonder

Oh, how we love this sweet girl! These past 9 months have been like no other. She is a happy, healthy, smart baby and we are blessed and lucky and all that good stuff. Most of the time, we just stare at her in total shock that she is ours! I cover her in kisses every chance I get.

Nine months is such a fun age. She’s crawling and cruising and playing and turning the pages in books. I’m amazed at how quickly she grasps things . She grunts and giggles with excitement. I LOVE it!

A few quick notes to myself that I want to remember:

• When Capria is really happy or excited to see someone, she kicks her legs and flaps her arms

• She is just starting to “dance” when she hears music – she scoots her butt and I never want to forget the way she jams

• She still fights going to sleep. She thinks she might miss something. She wiggles and cries until sleep finally wins.

• Her hair is starting to curl when it’s wet — I hope it will continue to get curly. =)

• Greek yogurt is her favorite food!
